They played Happy Snails (with Andrew on marimba)! There were also a couple of old blues covers, one a Robert Johnson tune, and one by Blind Willie Johnson; the encore was Let There Be Horses, by request. The show was recorded, by me and jibooer (aka jahdawg, aka Mark). I am getting seriously amped for Slip tour now. :D

Aloha,
Brad

'Happy Snails' = ) woo hoo!! And I LOVE 'Let There be Horses', it's such a sweet and haunting song. And I have been hearing lots of blues lately, it has just been creeping into my life as of late and reminding me of how much I love the blues and how much I need to play my guitar; which I did this afternoon ;}

I am definitely looking forward to hearing last night's show and am SUPER excited to see The sLiP @ the Paradise!!

Thanks for the review and the taping Brad M. ~ * ~

I don't have permission from Brad to distribute the recording. I've sent him a copy, but haven't heard back from him. If/when I hear back, and if he OKs distribution, I'll make it available.

Aloha,
Brad

on another somewhat likewise note, I haven't gotten an 'accept' request from Super Little on myspace, either...

I can only imagine they're busy!
