sorry for the short notice but I wanted to let you all know that my band, basement band, is playing friday night (3/10) at staccato bar and lounge in Adams Morgan starting at around 10:30. We were originally opening for some friends of ours but they had to back out at the last minute leaving us with a whole night to fill. Check out the website for some of our tunes. We'll also be playing plenty of classic folk-rock covers by people like The Band, Neil Young, etc. Hope to see some of you there!

have fun man. if you could let us know just a tad bit earlier next time that'd be cool. i definitely wanna check you guys out but i gotta put in a few hours at work early tomorrow morning... sounds like a blast though and with a little more advance knowledge, i know i could plan accordingly for the next time. rock it out!

Mad props for covering The Band. I love those guys. In fact, if my daughter had been a boy, she would likely have been named Virgil (as in Caine) or Levon (as in Helm).

True story, sick though it may be. I'd definitely come check you guys out, but you're like a million miles away, and I'm goin to see the P-Bruins tonight.

Let's hear it for real American music (played by Canadians) and real Canadian hockey (played by Americans)(and Canadians)(abd Russians)(and Georgians)(and Finns)(and dudes from every other cold place in the world)!

yeah, next time we're in the area, I'll give a bunch more notice. It'll probably be in early may.

etahn...levon is a sweet name. The band's got some good name for boys. I hope you didn't name your daughter Fannie though...
