I honestly cannot speak highly enough about Mr. Davis. Debachouris rock in the purest sense possible...

As with the whole tour, meowskers and Marc opened the show with their pleasant blending of progressivestagnantacidfunkrockgrooveavante-folk music and lubed the crowd for the insanity that was to ensue.

On to Mr. Davis,

walk up the stairs banging tamborine entrance>
To Heaven Before I Die
Summer of My Fall
Ambrosia Drunk
Red Sky
Rubber Ball
I Hate Love (w/ beatbox & some serious vocal harmonies)
Hunny
Last One Standing
Pacifist & Hitler Song
>>Kid Sliced in Half By a Rope interlude magic trick
Holly Would
He Makes Fun of Me Cause I Wipe My Ass Standing Up Song*
Suffocation Keep+
Unprotected Sex Song#
poorboy
Mardis Gras

E:Modern Love (Davis Bowie)
Nowhere From Here to Go$
I'm in No Hurry To Get to Heaven%

notes:
Marc sang a BUNCH all night.
*Not the proper title of the song but Torph and I heard a girl make this comment during the song and it struck us as, well, interesting.
+new end section where they rock out the outro with Brad re-singing the 1st verse again. Played in this manner @ Vasser?
#w/Sam on the first verse (stellar version)
$First time played this tour
% The tour long vocal competition is now tied up, 4-4, with Nathan winning in the fine form last evening. Some speculation among the crowd that sickness was a factor in Brads loss and performance enhancing drugs will be encouraged for tomarrows final showdown between the two.

best line ever!! HA! I'm really glad their going with SMMD all balls.. not pussy-footing around like they kinda did last year cause it was new and people were being bitchy and closed minded... cool!

P.S. I'd love to see the video of the magic trick... especially when they did it to marco in NY...
Pat..
