Geoff Scott's Public House 2005-02-15 WOW!!

Post: # 2700Post Cleantone »

I'm putting my ass back together today from it being totally blown out last night at Matt Murphy's!! Wicked show!!!

Geoff Scott on bass
Andrew Barr on drumkit
Brad Barr on guitar
guesting:
Boubacar Diabate on guitar and vocals
Toussaint and his crew on vocals at the end of the night.

All ended with a 2AM up tempo "5446 Was My Number" jam!!

This is the hottness!! The whole night was not 100% but most of it was and when it was man!! OH MY GAWD!!! 3 disks being compressed right now for upload tonight. The internet archive has been giving me shit and taking along time to get the files ready but hopefully this will be up really soon for you guys. I was having such a hassle with the last one I didn't really plan on uploading this one but I have to let you hear some of these jams! The recording is tainted with drunks thoughout, including some chick playing drums on the floor and glasses with steak knives but shouldn't be too distracting. I HATE recording at Matt Murphy's because gear and beer don't mix no matter how hard you stir.

Well if the SMMD tour happens and the Burlington. VT date holds, we just might get a chance to meet. That is, if the tour does actually happen and you decide to travel to Burlington for it... Well whatever, I plan on hitting quite a few shows this year, I'm sure I'll get a chance to meet a lot of the kids on the board this year...
