The show in Halifax was just a balls-out rock show! I'm never any good at estimating crowds, but there was a good 500-600 people at the Attic. By far the biggest Slip show, attendance wise, that I've ever seen.

Not as many virtuoso moments as the previous night, but like I said, it was high energy and rocking. And the crowd was eating it up. There were literally sing-along moments in both Rats and Fall. Airplane/Primitive and Paper Birds were monsters both nights this weekend.

Crowd surfing! I'd like to see a picture of that. He better be careful and not cut his hand or anything. Hope he is staying off the baguette's as well :)

That avatar looks like a Jerry Garcia painting....is it? It sure looks like it.

Hey Dave, thanks for the setlist and review. Sounds like it was one helluva night!!! I think I should go to Canada just to party and see some bands sometime......it looks like you canadians party just as hard as us San Diegans, and we're well known for it...lol

~Peace~

Bing, appleofmyeye gets the prize, it is a Jerry Garcia artwork, a digital one done on his computer. Not sure if it's been released or not. I was at a bit of a loss, this place is the first one where I've been that I need an avatar and I wasn't quite ready to put a pic of myself, Dan is the only one around these parts who has his pic. Glad lumpy has moved past "Smelly Poo Face" for the time being though :)
