6-21-06 setlist

Post: # 10554Post nfo »

One set, I felt like they played it pretty safe last night, but they definitely sounded sharp and the small crowd was into it.

The order could be slightly off, so if anyone else was there maybe they can fix this...

December's Children
If One Of Us Should Fall
White Wine and Soda
Sleepyhead
Paper Birds
I Hate Love
?
Something Learned
Even Rats

I might be misremembering, but was As Long As There's One Of Us Standing mixed in there somewhere? Maybe after Sleepyhead.

I got there in the middle of Paper Birds....the "?" was Aeroplane/Primitive

and they ended with Even Rats.

Good set. Excited for tonight.

Yeah, but that's no surprise for these two particular shows. They were one set with the potential for exposure to people outside of the usual fanbase.

The setlists from their nights opening for the Allman Borthers were similar too:

08/21/2004: Tweeter Center: Mansfield, MA
Set I: Poor Boy, Get Me with Fuji, Nellie Jean, Weight of Solomon^, Children of December
In these situations, it makes sense for them to put their best foot forward, and play what is well-rehearsed and most likely to appeal to the audience at that show.

Yup, we stopped by and caught some of Grimis' second set. Sounded pretty good.
