i've had this old piece of 70s looking canvas laying around for a while, and my old lady turned it into a Slip poster. we're going to stretch it over a frame a plonk it on the wall.

she wanted to thank the artist who actually drew the image. so thanks.

oh wow, that's very cool. i think i saw that dude in my closet once, same night my dog telepathically told me he was an alien drone sent to me under a canine guise to observe the world. moral of the story- don't eat chocolate you find on the ground at phish concerts.

anyway, i'm not sure exactly who the artist is. educated guess is that it's one of these three cats- mark pedini, mike distante or ryan kerrigan. i'd put my money on it being pedini but that's just me and i don't know alot. their works can be found at these sites...

on the art tip...i would love to see scott campbell do a slip poster. IMO, his work is by far the most amazing stuff currently out there. true genius. check him out... http://www.expressobeans.com/search.php ... 20campbell

As a gift two summers ago my gf hard-mounted the Slip poster with the floating people on it. Been thinking about doing that with the "Slip, with love" poster too. Great artist that Mr. The Cake guy.

Damned good impression of Pedini...definitely his work. Thanks for the posters link(s).

Bruce Bowman, another talented artist, also did some phatty prints a while ago. If anyone knows where's he at, please tell him to stop on by. We got space if he needs it.
