just wanted to see what anyone else thought of the new fleet foxes album, helplessness blues. i felt an instant attachment to the album in it's entirety, as a whole work. that is increasingly rare for me these days, so i just thought i'd share. highly recommended!

i need to visit it some more but first impression is that it's like their last album for me. some really great songs but doesn't come together to keep my focus for the entire album.

as for newish music i've been loving destroyer kaputt for months now and i also really like james blake self titled.
