Room in Funky/Creative House In LA's Topanga Canyon

Hi friends.
I'm putting the word out about a room for rent in fantastic Topanga Canyon (Los Angeles County). It's a great old funky home with mountain views on all sides, a big front yard complete with palm tree, pond, racoons, ample space for gardening, back patio, washer/dryer, a killer-cat named Suki, and three super roommates. It's pretty much unheard of to find a place in Topanga for only $700/month. (Seriously, once I went and looked at an empty swimming pool someone was trying to rent up here for $600/month. I kid you not.) It's available September 15. If you have any homies in the LA area that want to escape the cement and come up to the mountains, pass it on......
