Saw them in like 2004 or 2003 at Spac. First and only time I've seen them and they were amazing. Definitely worth checking out. Vocals sound just like they do on the albums and the playing is top notch.

it was awesome, definitely go if you can! their band is top notch, the drummer was an f'ng beast. beware though- when not performing smooth music, michael mcdonald is a total motown hack. what he does should be illegal.

I saw them when they came through Houston and thought they were awesome. It was the first time for me to see them but it was all I hoped for; Michael McDonald, however, was not!!! They played Peg (one of my favorites) and McD really made it sound like crap.

It amazes me how they can take 20-30 year old tunes, play them with a totally different set of musicians, and still be tight as hell.

I saw them on sunday in mansfield, ma at the tweeter center. Let me say that the Michael McDonald part was somewhat hilarious, but Steely Dan was no joke. their guitar player (not donald), was on FIRE.
