NYE thread

ok, so i just looked at the calendar and realized i've been slacking hardcore on this NYE shit so i guess now is the time to start getting together a game plan, so...
A) who else is going?
B) anyone interested in carpooling or need a ride?
C) anyone else interesed in getting a hotel room or have floor space for cash and or party favors?

I'm be recording. Just like last year. So sometime within the next few years you can ge to hear it.
I kinda hope another recordist is present. I would love to see someone come who could stand to have his rig in the sweet spot all night. I know I can't do that. As usualy I'll sacrifice sound for ease and be setup by the soundboard. My rig has been giving me some trouble though lately too. I lost a bunch of 11/11 Sommerville (including Gecko) and The Duo the other day in Noho too. My Mac locked up 4 times during music. I'm so bent about my rig right now. Everything was smooth for years. Then a drive broke, I upgraded the drive, I upgraded the OS, upgraded software and now my shit doesn't run like it used to and I'm having trouble working out the bugs.

but i dont think i can record this one. it will be an odd situation in the first place and i dont think lugging gear will be good.
