pearl jam album news

if youre a fan, looks like theyre finishing up their album. still no word about a label, they'll probably just put out independantly, they can afford it. i just rejoined the fan club, they've always given great tickets.

flaming lips board

according to the interview, the album wont be out till 2006. fuckers! :x

Radiohead news?

From www.greenplastic.com
Thom stopped by the Official Message Board earlier and had this to say:

: Have a cookie.
THAT

would be a bad idea

hey weve started work.(speaking of cookies)

no really.

Does this mean the band are starting work on another release? We think so...

'we've started work..'

those limey bastards couldnt be more vague.

I'm not sure if anyone else here is familiar with the band Spoon, but it looks like they are putting out a new album May 10:

during the lake trout show at the ottobar this past friday, the band made about 200 burned cds with 2 songs from their upcomming album. the first track is street fighting man (stones cover) and the second is an original.

i havent been able to stop listening to these two fucking songs, i put them in when i leave work, and i end up driving around 90 mph until its over. its just that good.

im going to try to upload this somewhere. would oz or slipserver be out of the question? ideas?

talk about disappointing. i put in my car cd player for my hour commute, and i actually almost turned it off.

not at all challenging as fragile nor as progressive as downward. it sounds real thin with limited layering and lacks that crunch the other albums had. however the drumming was good, due to the fact that he had a 'guest'. any guesses?
