no "dissing" intended.
observational critique is all.
and, as a singer myself, unfortunately or not, i tend to hone in on vocals more distinctly than other instruments sometimes.

don't get me wrong, i thought the performance overall was fabulous and i'm so incredibly stoked for them... what a moment!!! giddy with glee, i am...

I think Even Rats would have been a better choice, though I'm sure they would have had to truncate that one as well. It definitely sounds better with repeated listens than it did live, I couldn't get over how short the song was and how Brad seemed nervous. (maybe because he was singing in the wrong register, I don't have that kind of ear/musical training to notice things like that.)
