Ishmael changed my entire worldview when i first read it about 10 years ago... My Ishmael was good too... the Story of B rocked my world again, down to a whole new level. incredible stuff. i recommend to everyone (must read Ishmael first!), reread them every few years, and lend them out to friends whenever possible.

i did my senior project on Ishmael actually. Incredible book. I loaned it out and still have to get that back. I should do that today actually.

how serendipitous indeed... not regarding ishmael, but another life-altering book called the Celestine Prophecy (author is james redfield, i believe). ever read that? i read it just before discovering Ishmael...
anyways, i just found out they're making a movie based on the Celestine Prophecy. looks like it's highly expanded upon, but looks good...
