So what's the best Land of Talk album?

eMusic has:

Cloak and Cipher,

Some Are Lakes,

and

Applause Cheer Boo Hiss.

Any suggestions?

Some Are Lakes is a really great record, but I haven't heard the others. With Andrew Barr on drums and Justin Vernon producing, it's definitely worth a listen.

SAL is a great album. i highly suggest getting the EP 'Fun and Laughter' (also Andrew on drums). it's a solid four songs + brad appearing tastefully (but short) on a solo during the second track.
