This isn't my tab, I'm just reposting...by the way, I was never able to find a Chasing Rabbits tab that supposedly was posted on graffiti a while ago...if anyone has it to repost, that would be awesome.

Thanks for the update. This with Dan's will get into the TAB archives, but I'd like to see what Kosta's up to (Tasoula--is your brother around?). I have a mirror of his site, but it would be nice to coordinate the updates somehow (so the sites aren't out of sync).

BTW, if you highlight the TAB part and use "Code", it lines up better. For future reference...old TABs with proportional fonts may skew again when you switch to monospaced.

Now I have to get back into my guitar habit (been playing bass a lot more) so I can figure out these wonderful TABs. Then a quest for some other kinds of TABs.... ;-}

PS: I see Chasing Rabbits lyrics, but no tabs. If it's not on Kosta's site and not posted recently, it probably isn't there (yet). However, there might be a few old posts on Graffiti (I thought I saw chords to Chasing Rabbits a while back, but since you can't search that dusty site, well....).

First select/highlight all the text you want to be CODE, then click the CODE button. It'll show up like this:

Code: Select all

In Xanadu did Kubla Khan,
A stately pleasure dome decree...

nice one on the Coleridge quote Phrazz! Kosta's still in NC, but sliptabs hasn't been updated in a while. I don't know if people have been emailing him lyrics/tabs either-? I'll ask him about it next time we speak, though. Also, a shorter (& easier to remember) link to the site is http://sliptabs.webhop.net

Yiassou Taso,

Last I heard from Kosta he wasn't sure about his site (time, space?) and asked that it be mirrored just in case. I can update the mirror and he can sync back (I've only gotten 2 or 3 emails with new tabs since then, plus a few posts that need updates). I could also mirror it here and give you a login.

Coleridge is the best (well, one of my favorites). Before I took Brit Lit, I used to think Xanadu was just a Rush song.

Is this a place where we should add some updates to the other tabs? I know alot of my friends have been asking about the tabs. Ive sent Kosta a few emails and such... im assuming hes busy.

Hi Dan,

You don't have to copy an entire post then resubmit. Let's try to be more efficient. I edited the original post and the author can "edit" to see how the tags work. We should use the edit feature more often (I know I do!).

As for your TABs (or any), just post here and the purveyors of the sites can update when they have time. That way people can make comments or adjustments, and the board "remembers" so checking email is unnecessary.

Also, when you email someone, it might take months to get a response (let's say they're out of the country). For Lyrics, TABs and setlists (etc), a forum method works better (in my experience).

wanted to bump this thread because it's a good tab and I also wanted to say that I'm pretty sure the time signature is 6/8.

wow

i havent seen that tab for awhile... i wrote it out long ago, might have even lost it on the hard drive... ah, i miss graffiti!

glad people are enjoying it and i actually havent figured out that middle section that much further than what is on there. what a great tune... anyone have a particualrly favorite show for this one? im gonna go with either the solo show mentioned above, or the BBking show later that summer.

chasing rabbits i have worked on a bit... something is telling me that it is not in CGCGCE but something similar. more on that later!

peace everyone,
-john
