Who's got my heady Big Light SBD's, brah?
Seriously, these guys are hot. And I know they're super psyched to be on the road with Davis. Actually, one of the guys in Big Light is the one who turned me on to the Slip way back when, and another is in strong contention for 'biggest Slip Head I know'. But don't go see them because I know them, or because they love the lsip.
Go see them because they fucking rock.
(oh yeah, and bring me a tape.)

I have quite a bit of Big Light, including their very first show which they probably don't want me giving out
I'll put up that HSMF set I sleep-taped soon.

yeah, i'd like to hear that too, cause i was only able to catch about 10 minutes of one set on my way to work... really liked what i heard though!

Harry, I'd love to get any Big Light recent shows. Like the Apollo Sunshine opening set. I have their first 12 galaxies, Hotel Utah and Connecticut Yankee. Any others would be sweet.
Ethan, it was a joke. I think we're all pretty much slip dorks on this site.
Damn I want to see the slip, bad. these shows are such a tease!

Regarding tapes I need to sort out what I have and what they want circulating. Feel free to drop me a PM Ethan to kick my ass though...
Also Big Light has the opportunity to play ACL (Austin City Limits) this year. The folks over at Dell and ACL are providing spots for upcoming bands to have a chance to play the festival this year. The spots will be filled by a voting system , each day you can cast a vote from now till August 22. Please take the time to follow the link below and support Big Light and the their desire to play one of the best festivals in the country.
