record streaming media?

I feel like this was covered before, but my 30-second search through sliplive revealed nothing.

Who knows how to record streaming media of the web? I'm particularly interested in http://blueroom.att.com/mainstage/index.php, mostly because Gillian Welch is playing this evening (6:15 ). I can let the video go (though Dave Rawlings is pretty fun to watch), but the audio would be pretty sweet to have.

For simply recording audio, I use the line-in sampling feature in Audiograbber: http://www.audiograbber.com-us.net/. I'm sure it's not the greatest application for the job, but it's fairly easy to use and free.

Video is a whole big bag o' worms.

I guess I forgot to mention that I'm using a Mac these days.

For the Mac I used to use SnapZ Pro but I was having some issues and have been really happy with IShowU lately.

you can use WireTap
http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/20167
http://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/wiretap/
it'll capture any audio coming through the computer (including computer alert sounds, so don't do anything the computer may want to beep about while recording, heheh).

you can keep using it after the trial period is expired, but there's some restriction on audio types. hasn't been an issue for me though.

I missed the fact that you primarily wanted audio and was thinking video. WireTap is great! I wouldn't have a copy of Brad doing Let There Be Horses that he took down off his myspace page if it weren't for WireTap.
