as of last night, i was about 50%, if someone could open the torrent, i could finish in less than a day, and put it up here as .mp3 if anyone else needs it.

well as luck would have it, double checked and i hadn't erased this one of the hard drive yet. the torrent's back in business! 
i don't have the fastest connection in the world, but it's something.
i noticed that etree says my file is only 99.97% complete and therefore isn't showing me as a seeder. *shrug*. i've got cleantone's file (see his comment on etree)... but it works. the cd's i burned from these files are just dandy.
