Yeah i bought those discs too. And it did not take long for the paint on the cd's to start falling off. I never made backup discs in time.

What is the name of the company that makes those live recordings? the discs are just absolutely terrible quality. I got a Club d'Elf recording from the same guys and made sure to make backups right away. I dont even use the original discs.

the music on the other hand was fantastic. But I remember that show started SUPER early and I had no idea and I missed most of the first set.

Sorry if I came off as an ass, I am a stickler for buying the official releases...

And Proud... it is one of my favorite Slip songs. It almost has fallen through the cracks but it still pops up now and again... I think it would be a most excellent choice for the High Sierra set this year.

If you buy new ones definitely rip them immediately. the end of my disc 1 skips like mad. Although if it skips right it just sounds like some kind of electronic remix of The Air The Body.

I also agree. Though when I got the discs they sounded better than the show from where I was standing that night. And the show ended @ the perfect time to make it to the miracle orchestra

yeah I really like that show actually. The first set...More Intense Surveillance, Air is the Body...really great stuff

and the bongo dance and proud from the second set....i wouldn't consider it a weak slip show by any means
