BJM is the best rock and roll band to never live. At least that is how a friend and I used to describe them. we used to live in coventry village in cleveland (1997-99) and they frequented the old Grog Shop quite a bit. Simply put…they used to rock the f’n shit outta that place. I think Anton had a d...

Mason Jennings?
I just recently got turned onto Mason's music and was wondering what every/anyone else thought. I'm pretty impressed and hoping he heads to the NE soon.
Off to get my slur on. Happy Friday Sliplive.

Not really too much to add. The sound itself was definitely off (Brad's vocals were really jacked up) but the guys sounded great. I agree with Clinton as the crowd really started to pay attention and descended around the stage when they started up with Even Rats much more so than w/ previous acts. T...

The Black Crowes at Hampton Beach, NH
Went to see the Black Crowes this past Saturday. It was great. Two hours of straight up rock n roll. I am not sure how that show stacks up against others, but I was really impressed. Chris was wearing a shirt that said "Don't Buy Your Weed From Speed Dealers". Encored with Torn & Fraye...

new album recording studio?
Does anyone have any idea where the new album is being recorded? slip.com says there are in studio now, but not sure if they have booked space and are actually laying tracks or still getting things together at home.
