FooBar (http://www.foobar2000.org/) is my favorite. Plays just about everything (you need to download a plugin for shorten), and converts nearly anything directly into damn near anything else. Plus it's lightweight and highly configurable.

Yikes. There's studio stuff posted there too, like The Lip's Zaireeka album. I doubt that they agreed to that.

That site just seems creepy

Ha. I spent all morning trying to figure out the line about Dionysus. The closest I got was "Where hold an eye and ice has died," which certainly made no sense. Thanks.

Meaningless Concidence

My Grandfather was orphaned when he was very young. For that and other reasons I never learned much about his parents, apart from a few anecdotes and the story of the fire that killed them. I recently found a moldy pile of documents tucked away in the attic, and in it was what looked like a birth ce...

7-Zip is a great easy-to-use alternative to winzip: http://www.7-zip.org/. You might still have to send it in two or three parts in order to stay within Sendspace's 300 MB filesize limit.

Oh my, I hope so because I'd really love to have a recording from this tour. However, I'm not certain of Sonya's attitude towards distribution of audience recordings (There's nothing on her website that I can find), and I'm also not sure about Brad's feelings about sharing of his solo stuff from the...
