Re: Slip stream tonight

I probably saw them 10 times between 03 and 07, this was my first show since and man was it great. I needed some Slip in my life. Now I gotta figure out a way to Providence!

Thank you sir! I missed the first 3 songs because I was at the Felice show down the street. Got to love the quick turn around too.

I'm Just Gonna Say What We Are All Thinking

It really sucks there is no Slip New Year's shows. I've brought in the past few years with the band and it's gonna blow having to find something else.

I gave it a far more serious listen today. I love ow Tweedy sounds on Twist of Fate. I like Watchtower, althought I don't know many others who do.

The soundtrack sounded good at work today but I couldn't give it a good listen. Gotta stress that the bashers aren't on every track though.

I also discovered All Songs Considered with last years year end list and nearly everything on it has been spun on a regular basis by me. I like the crew's debate on the new album. That one dude who criticizes it raises some good points. Many of my friends had the same concerns that it was just a mar...

The best way to describe it would be to call is post-rock. Just take Do Make Say Think or Mogwai and add in some more electronic and beat elements poof you h...

I have always told myself that I would start getting vinyl when I got a good job. My mom used to have a sick record/8-trac player. It was like a big che...
