I have to agree. Not a big Poor Boy fan at all, hate it really but that AC/DC bit in the middle which was obviously so self-referential it hurt.

The groove during and coming out of I Hate Love was pure R&B silkiness.

Yeah this show was THE SHOW. It was amazing to be in my hometown but still out of the whack of shows I've seen this was really strong. Concurring with what Guigs said coming out of the gates with Airplane Primitive seemed like it was a lesson of sorts. I mean they just killed it. Didn't even compare...

Maybe the Spin reference was an error on my part. I feel like I read something at some point. Or maybe I heard it second hand but the person was certain they'd read it. Glad people liked it. The Guelph show was devastating. I thought Hamilton the next night had less wind in it's sails but still very...

Anytime you want to log into something and not sign up try username: cyberpunk with password: cyberpunk

Thank John Barlowe and the Electronic Frontier Foundation for that. Many many sites are available without a password that way, even the NY Times.

No I think it's a 100% good. The Sisyphus reference is spot on. I actually had to change my opening of my article after I read that because I was taking the same tack. Sisyphus' plight might be viewed as depressing but it there is also a certain amount of liberation and will to live in existentialis...

Input for Slip feature

I am a member of the Slip family and writing a feature for a small market (Guelph) in Ontario on the boys. I did a good interview with Brad and Marc the other day. I've also had the benefit of countless conversations with them to inform my sense of the band. I guess I almost have too much material. ...
